Naruto’s enemies are as powerful as they are varied. The young ninja has faced everything from vengeful ghosts to demonic beasts, and each new foe seems to be more dangerous than the last. Here are five of the most powerful enemies Naruto has ever faced.
1. Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha is one of the strongest ninjas in the Naruto universe. He was the leader of the Uchiha clan and one of the founders of Konohagakure. Madara was an exceptionally powerful ninja and was even able to defeat the legendary shinobi Hashirama Senju.
Madara’s power was such that he was able to single-handedly take on the entire Allied Shinobi Forces, and would have likely been victorious if it wasn’t for the efforts of Naruto and Sasuke.
2. Obito Uchiha
Obito Uchiha was once a kind and idealistic ninja, but he was transformed into a monster by the war. After being presumed dead, Obito returned as the masked man known as Tobi.
Obito was incredibly powerful and was able to defeat some of the strongest ninjas in the world including Kakashi Hatake and Might Guy. It was only through the combined efforts of Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi that Obito was finally defeated.
3. Kaguya Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki was the progenitor of chakra and was considered to be the most powerful ninja in history. She was so powerful that she was able to defeat both the Sage of Six Paths and Madara Uchiha.
Kaguya was only defeated after Naruto and Sasuke joined forces to defeat her. Even then, it took the combined power of all the tailed beasts and the Rinnegan to finally put an end to Kaguya.
4. Jigen
Jigen is a ninja from the Kara organization and is their strongest member. He is an exceptionally powerful ninja and was able to easily defeat both Naruto and Sasuke.
Jigen is so powerful that he was able to defeat Naruto and Sasuke without even using his full power. It is only through the combined efforts of Boruto and Kawaki that Jigen was finally defeated.
5. Delta
Delta is a ninja from the Kara organization and is their second-in-command. She was sent to retrieve the vessel containing Kawaki but was ultimately defeated by Naruto Uzumaki and Boruto Uzumaki. Delta is a very powerful ninja and was even able to give Naruto a tough fight.
